Costumes and skins
Recent builds added outfits including Naruto's Ichiraku Ramen costume, Hinata (Road to Sakura), Konan (Swimsuit), Darui (Raikage), Killer Bee (Boruto), Kabuto (Possessed Mode), Masked Man (Akatsuki), Lars (Tekken 6), Shisui (Jonin) and Sasuke (Anbu). Costumes ship per build, so update through the launcher before assuming one is missing.
Costumes are the mod's highest-volume content. Each release adds a batch and reworks shading on older ones, which is why a costume from a changelog may not be in the build you are running.
1.10's batch

1.11's additions
- Torn Clothes costume for Sage Mode Naruto.
- A costume for PTS Orochimaru, and one for Six Paths Obito and Rin Nohara.
- PTS Sasuke costume based on his Final Valley design.
- Re-added Konan's Swimsuit costume — see Konan costumes for why that one has a history.
- Curse mark costumes across the Sound Four and Kimimaro.
- New unlock notification messages for costumes and ultimate jutsu, so the game now tells you when one becomes available.
Armor break changes a costume mid-match
Most costumes have a damaged state. When a character takes enough punishment, the outfit shreds and the armour break model takes over — which is why several 1.11 fixes are about armour break specifically: Hebi Sasuke's jacket turning on during instant awakening, Kakashi's sliced-jacket model, Shisui's missing armour break model, and the physics on Sasuke's robe.
If you want to inspect costume states without fighting for them, 1.11's practice mode additions include a costume damage toggle, which lets you switch armour break on or off while testing.
When a costume seems to be missing
- Update. Costumes are build-specific: press the launcher's UPDATER, then Validate.
- Check the costume slot count. Some characters gained a second colour texture rather than a new slot, so a "new costume" can appear as a variant inside an existing one.
- Check whether it was removed. The mod has removed costumes as well as added them — Konan's swimsuit was pulled in 1.10 and restored in 1.11.
Shading passes
Beyond new outfits, the team runs shading passes across the roster. Recent ones improved Itachi (Edo), PTS Sasuke, Fuu, PTS Itachi, Tayuya, The Last Naruto, Edo Minato, PTS Kakashi, Rinnegan Sasuke, 1sso's model and several Sasuke variants. That is why a character can look noticeably better after an update without a new costume being listed.
