Konan: the swimsuit that came back
Konan is a neat case study in how costumes move in and out of the mod between builds.
The sequence

Why this matters when you read a changelog
If you search a character's name across the mod's changelog, you will find additions, removals and re-additions of the same item. That is normal for a volunteer project that reworks content between builds, and it means a costume you saw in an older video is not evidence that it exists in the build you are running.
The rule for any costume question:
- Read the changelog for your build, not a video from six months ago.
- Check the newest release note that mentions the character, because a later entry overrides an earlier one.
- If the build is current and the costume is still absent, run Validate in the launcher — a file set that did not finish downloading presents exactly like missing content.

Beyond the swimsuit, Konan sits inside the wider roster and support rework that has run through 1.10 and 1.11. Her page here is deliberately narrow: the mod's own notes do not record major moveset work on her in the recent builds, so this page documents the costume story rather than inventing mechanics.
